Fictional AI characters
Characters, messages, images, and scenarios on Desire AI are AI-generated or fictional entertainment. They are not real people and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice.
User responsibilities
You agree not to use Desire AI for illegal content, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, attempts to involve minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that violates another person's rights.
Acceptable use and fair use
Desire AI is for one person, using it as a person. Do not share, resell, or provide your access to anyone else, and do not use scripts, bots, scraping, automation, or programmatic access against the service. Simultaneous requests from the same user may be refused.
We may apply limits to keep the service available to everyone, and we will tell you when a limit applies rather than failing silently. While access is free, a daily message ceiling applies per network so that one person cannot exhaust the free tier by clearing cookies. People sharing a network can share that ceiling, so a limit may also affect ordinary use.
If a paid tier describes messages as unlimited, that means unlimited for one person chatting normally, one conversation at a time — not shared access, automated use, or resale.
Free preview and future payments
Desire AI is free for now after the 18+ gate. We do not require an account, wallet, or payment for the current chat flow. If ETH memberships, founder pricing, or other paid access launch later, the price, duration, refund terms, and payment requirements will be shown before purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
