DMCA Policy

Desire AI respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and equivalent processes in other jurisdictions where applicable.

To submit a takedown notice, send it through the active support/contact channel for Desire AI and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and its location on Desire AI (a URL or character name is sufficient).
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If content you posted or created was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same channel, including the material removed, its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction where Desire AI operates.

Accounts or access associated with repeated, substantiated infringement claims may be restricted or terminated.
