What we collect
Desire AI is free for now after the 18+ gate. We do not require an account, wallet, email, or payment to use the current chat flow. We may process device and browser information, age-gate state, usage events, chat content you send, character choices, and basic abuse-prevention signals such as IP-derived rate-limit data.
How we use data
We use data to operate the service, provide AI responses, improve quality, prevent abuse, enforce age and safety rules, debug errors, and prepare optional membership features if they launch later.
AI processing
Messages may be sent to model providers or media providers so the app can generate replies and operate approved character-media features. Do not share sensitive personal information in chats.
Retention and controls
We keep operational records only as needed to run the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, and satisfy legal obligations. If ETH memberships or accounts launch later, payment or account records will be handled under the terms shown at that time. You can request deletion or export of data associated with you through the support channel listed on this site.
